Specialty Selection Training
This e-Learning module has been designed for people involved in recruitment to specialty training. It provides training in the principles of best practice recruitment and advanced skills for interviewing applicants. Please note, it does not cover compliance with employment law and equality and diversity awareness. There are separate training courses available for this. All selectors will need to be up to date on relevant employment law and anti-discrimination requirements.
Requirements
To complete this module, you will need the following:
- A PC or Mac with internet connection (broadband recommended)
- It is recommended that you are able to listen to sound, using either speakers or headphones, as several sections have audio commentary
